This control circuit repeatedly flashes an LED with the timing of the Morse code letter "R". Dit Daaaah Dit.
In real life, a buzzer could be used instead of the LED.
Many control sequences can be built with circuits similar to this one.
The output is high when inputs 0 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 6 are high. Use OR gates to get this behaviour.
